3. My stickers were damaged during shipping, what should I do?

In case any damage has occurred during shipping, contact us without 24 hours of receiving the package. We need photographic proofs to evaluate and once our team verifies the issue you can choose to receive a replacement, or store credit, depending on product availability. You do not have to physically return the stickers.

4. Am I eligible for a refund?

Note that refund is only available if you cancel the order within 5 hours of placing your order. In circumstances such as damage or issue with sticker quality, once verified we will replace the order with the same products or add the order value to store credits. Refund is not applicable for damage or issues related to quality.
